If you are currently questioning the status of your order please note that you will receive an email notifying when your items have shipped out along with a tracking number.

Domestic Orders

*Shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail* Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be shipped out after order date. Shipping times do not include weekends. This time frame does not include actual delivery time through the carrier.

Original Paintings

Delivery in United States Please allow up to 3-7 days for order processing and delivery.

For International shipping please allow up to 10-14 days for order processing and delivery.

Note to shipping abroad International Orders

Art By Angela is not responsible for any custom fees or additional shipping charges you may encounter once order has arrived at destination.

Shipping is always from United States, for deliveries from United States to other countries, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply that are not included in the basic price shown.

Lost Or Misplaced Orders

Please note we are not responsible for any packages lost or misplaced in transit by carrier. Once your package has been dropped off/picked up by carrier, we are not held accountable for events that take place after. No refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced in transit. Please contact USPS to initiate a missing mail search request.

PRE ORDERS

When you order an item that is listed as "pre-order" it signifies the product is not yet in stock. Date of actual product arrival varies and it can take longer for some items to process. For all items in this category we kindly ask that you give us an additional period of 1-4 weeks for your items to ship out.

MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERED

Art By Angela fulfillment varies. Please note that some items may arrive in separate packages due to fulfillment location and or item measurement. If you have received some of the items you ordered and not others, please know that they are not lost of forgotten. All orders processed will be shipped out. Art By Angela operates during regular business hours (Mon-Fri) in Eastern Standard Time. If you have inquired about an order via email, you will receive a response between 24-48 business hours. Thank you for your understanding.

Fine Art Prints

Image is a Giclee print on natural white, matte, smooth, 100% cotton rag, acid and lignin free archival fine art paper using pigmented inks. trimmed with 1" border for framing.

Purchased prints arrive in approximately 1 - 2 weeks from order date depending on your location. ( 1 week to receive from my professional printer, 1 day to inspect, sign, and re-package, and it ships out the next day via courier which takes around 4 - 5 days.) depending on your location

Please be patient and track your shipping via the appropriate website provided once your parcel is dispatched. We are not responsible for delays in transit* Once the package is marked as delivered on the tracking page, we are not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages. If parcel is stolen, please contact the mail theft department of the shipping company (postal system or courier) for further directions. We are not responsible for mail theft and vandalism.

Orders provided with and an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of re-sending the parcel if the correct address is not provided before dispatch.

I don't ship on Holidays or Sundays.

Packaging

All original paintings are packaged by me in person and it is very important to me that they reach you undamaged. To ensure safe shipping, I use tissue paper, to protect the painted surface, bubble wrap and other padding materials. If, contrary to expectations, a painting arrives damaged please photograph the damage immediately and contact me so that we can find a solution.

• Full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Return the item, I don't cover shipping cost. You pay for shipping and your print purchase price will be refunded.

The payment must be received by me within a maximum of 5 working days ( after receipt of the order confirmation by e-mail ) otherwise the order unfortunately has to be cancelled.
